•
ux researcher • empathy cultivator • mental juggler • question asker • user crusader •I'm a user experience researcher and former graphic designer. I built my first prototype at age 11 using primarily foam core and markers, and ever since have been curious about the intersection of art, psychology, and technology. In college at Bridgewater State University, I earned a B.A. in graphic design and a B.S. in psychology, and was heavily involved with The Bridge (a student-run journal of literature and fine art). After a stint at Bentley University’s User Experience Center, I joined Fidelity Investments as a founding member of the internal UX group. Most recently, I joined BNY Mellon as a Principal User Researcher working with a fantastic team of UX folks from around the world.
Outside of work, you can often find me doing, watching, or learning about: improv comedy, typography, horror movies, baking, calligraphy, board games, musical theater, wrestling, dungeons and dragons, DIY crafts, video games, punk and hardcore music, cognitive science, camping, exploring in nature
