How do you integrate accessibility into your research and design process, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning?

Over the course of two years, we have helped shape and continue to build an accessibility process from the ground up. We’ve made mistakes, learned a ton, and want to share our wins and whoa’s in the hopes it will help others on their journey to accessibility. This work is never done, but by consistently trying with good intentions and learning from the people using our products, we can all work towards a more accessible future.

Overview: During this session, we will cover:
● Why accessibility is important
● Where we’re at today at our organization
● Where we want to be 3-5 years
● Our wins & whoas along the way
